The population of year round Hampton residents totals just over fifteen thousand people. The Tax Rate is approximately $18.31 per thousand of assessed home valuation. Elementary schools are the Centre School, Marston School and the Jr. High school is called Hampton Academy. SAU 90 is the Elementary school system. Winnacunnet High School is SAU 21, it’s a cooperative school which includes students from the towns of Hampton, Hampton Falls, North Hampton, South Hampton and Seabrook.
